There are three main differences between these #MarineMammals:
👂#SeaLions have external ears, while #Seals have internal ears.
🏃Sea lions can "walk" while seals slide.
📣#CaliforniaSeaLions are more vocal and noisier, while #HarborSeals are quieter.
Did you solve the mystery? If you guessed the #CaliforniaSeaLion (Zalophus californianus), you were right! These large #MarineMammals haul out on the buoys at the entrance to #SanDiegoBay.
If you thought it was the call of a seal, tune in tomorrow to discover the differences.
