A hooded figure doused the Wilson family’s Midlothian (TX) home in gasoline and set it on fire while they slept — 8 family members were inside, including a 1-year-old child. JUST IN: the California Assembly just passed the ballot measure that will ask voters to approve new congressional maps on Nov 4. ACA 8 heads to Senate. The maps are designed to draw out 5 congressional Republicans to help Democrats in the midterms, in response to Texas doing the inverse.
