The article mentions 'unskilled' but in a lot of cases this is not true - many clients in the sector stipulate masters level in linguistics with multiple languages for annotation work and they still want to pay minimum wage

Many of the problems in AI policy stem from the fact that economy-of-scale capitalism is, by nature, anti-democratic, and capex-intensive AI is therefore anti-democratic. No one really wants to admit this. It's awkward to bring it up at parties (I am not fun at parties).

This morning, I read a newsletter from an excellent #climate journalist who said the @IEA found last year that "we’d already discovered sufficient fossil fuels to get the world comfortably through to net-zero by 2050".
That's true. But it's not what the IEA said. Let me explain.
