Kentucky is losing money on athletics.
The myth that all these programs are swimming in money from sports is just wrong. Most are going into debt.
Kentucky taking a $30 million loan for “operational expenses”.

The way to poll a ballot initiative is to ask the question on the ballot.
This is not the question on the ballot, and it renders the polling useless.
It's a fair messaging point to test, but the first question on an initiative should always be the ballot language. Period.
