Just want to say it isn’t so easy to cure cancer. They saw reduction of tumor growth but in many pre-clinical studies the tumors come back eventually. Usually cancer cells can develop resistance to single-target therapies (like mRNA vaccines). Pretty impressive work though

Walking is good for you if you start from nothing. But after a certain point, it isn’t intense enough to improve anything and if you want any more fitness you’ll have to add in more intense cardio. Things like VO2 max are also important and walking just won’t improve it.

I found out two employees are dating, and planning to get married.
