The Busega-Mpigi express highway is just 23.7km. The original budget of 547B increased by 500%(1.9 Trillion) with a big portion to the contractors (a JV) as daily damages for gov't's for failure to finance the works.

On transition, the campaign for Gen.Muhoozi is both to Ugandans & M7. While he maybe the inevitable next reality, I argue that he & PLU are very unsure about it like any other Ugandan because M7 has not made his next move known.
