Down’s Syndrome Scotland’s Choir 21 sings The Bluebells' song "Young At Heart" at the Down’s Syndrome Scotland Garden at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 👏 Designed for the Scottish charity Down's Syndrome Scotland Down syndrome is linked to chromosome 21 because it is caused by an extra copy of this chromosome, a condition called trisomy 21 Typically, humans have two copies of each chromosome, but in Down syndrome, individuals have three copies of chromosome 21, leading to developmental and physical characteristics associated with the condition Throughout the garden there were design themes representing the number 21, from the pattern on the bench you can just about see in the foreground to pattern of the tiles in the garden Well done Choir 21 👏 @DSScotland #RHSChelsea
