The current Legal Duty of Candour was set up to fail & fail it has - one prosecution in 6 years!
What is needed is an individual Legal Duty of Candour [Robbie's Law] for ALL healthcare professionals and employees of the NHS so that the public can seek redress in the Courts!

Actually it wasn’t! It wasn’t there for my mum. Discharged from NHS to care home banned from accepting patients. Died from head injuries after assault! Placed on DNR stating do not return to hospital if patient contracts Covid. Which part of NHS was there for her? Pls stop lying!

Police refused to investigate my dads death, insisting it was CQC domain. CQC took 11 months to tell me it’s not in their domain it’s the Police! Police will now review decision 11 months after my dads death! Wtf! Good luck finding the evidence you let slip through your fingers!

Hi Clive, High Court, Court of Appeal, House of Lords & ECtHR ruled doctors responsible for our son's death in 1990 WERE NOT under a legal duty to tell the truth about Robbie's negligent death nor refrain from falsifying the child's medical records. Was that fair & reasonable?
