According to reports in Italy, AFC Bournemouth are preparing an official bid for Tarik Muharemovic. 🇧🇦🍒 The Cherries have held a long-standing interest in the Sassuolo centre-back, with that interest now appearing to progress further. Sassuolo are believed to value the 22-year-old at around €35m, and are already exploring potential replacements ahead of an expected summer departure. Bournemouth could face competition from both Tottenham Hotspur and Como for his signature. #afcb #AFCBournemouth #BKFCentral

Crazy that we hear about Train Drivers who get £60,000 a year for driving a train. But we never hear about the boss of Tesco who gets £30,000 a day and doesn't even pay tax in the UK. Or the £250m a day that the likes of Amazon, Vodafone, BP and Shell don't pay in tax.

Absolute disgrace But what else would you expect from these 🤡
🤦‍♂️ (@Romain_Molina)

"Southern Water apologises after Winchester milestone removed." So there's a mile stone on the Andover Road just outside Winchester, it's been there for 100s of years, guess who digs it up and then dumps it along with a load of other building waste in the local landfill? Yep, step forward Southern Water. hampshirechronicle.co.uk/new…

Now David Sullivan's anonymity order is nullified, please make sure to amplify and ask why @WestHam's safeguarding team took no action when made aware of multiple allegations of RAPE and CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION. 3 years they've sat on their hands too scared to act.

Well it would be unfair to keep you all in suspense for too long now wouldn’t it 😉 We are delighted to confirm that James Johnson will be joining his brother Brad at Bashley for the coming season. James is primarily known as a prominent number 6 and centre back with plenty of experience. He is a towering central defender, whilst being a consistent threat on set pieces. He offers real leadership and is commanding in both boxes. We look forward to seeing him play here at The Bash and help us work towards our goals. Welcome to Bashley James ! #UpTheBash

"Welsh Water faces £44.7m 'enforcement package' for sewage failings." The most abhorrent part in all of all of this is that Ofwat has just admitted that since 1994 when the sewage treatment regulations were introduced Welsh Water, like every other sewage company in the UK have been breaking the law. That's 37 years of illegal activity, 37 years of incompetence, 37 years of failure, 37 years of the gross, violent, decimation of our rivers and beaches. Where's the justice for them, where's the justice for bill players, where's the accountability, why aren't Ofwat's board now being prosecuted for misconduct in public office? thisismoney.co.uk/money/mark…

The Premier League is planning to launch its own Netflix-style streaming platform that would broadcast every single game live. The proposed subscription would cost £10 a month and be available across 188 countries. For context, fans currently pay an average of £76 a month if they subscribe to Sky, TNT, and Amazon to watch Premier League football. If it happens, it would be one of the most significant shifts in football broadcasting in decades.

It is with immense sadness that we learn of the passing of former Salisbury captain Aaron Cook. Aaron was more than just a player. He was a leader, a warrior, and a huge part of one of the most successful periods in our club's history. Making over 180 appearances for Salisbury, Aaron was the rock at the heart of the defence and a true captain in every sense of the word. His commitment, passion and determination helped shape the club during a memorable era that so many supporters still cherish today. Respected by teammates, staff and fans alike, Aaron embodied everything that Salisbury Football Club stands for. His leadership on the pitch, his dedication to the badge and his never-say-die attitude made him a favourite among the Whites faithful and a player whose legacy will live on for generations to come. Today, our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Aaron's family, friends and former teammates at this incredibly difficult time. Thank you for the memories, Skipper. Thank you for everything you gave to our football club. You will forever be a part of Salisbury Football Club. Rest in Peace, Aaron Cook. 🖤🤍 RIP Skipper. Forever a White.
