This is painful to see. Tamil Nadu’s debt burden has reached a level where every common person is carrying the cost. ₹13.18 lakh crore total burden. ₹1.28 lakh per head. Governments change, but the people are the ones who finally pay the price. #TamilNadu #WhitePaper

Mummy was one of my all-time favorite films growing up. I loved every character in it, but above all, it was the villain who made me truly believe that monsters could exist. Many years later, when I sat down to write one of my favorite villain characters ever- The Monster in Uniform, The Demon of the Drought, The antagonist of #Ranabaali, SIR THEODORE HECTOR. I never imagined destiny would bring me face to face with my childhood favorite villain. ARNOLD VOSLOO. Working with you has been an absolute privilege. Beyond the incredible actor the world knows, you are the sweetest, kindest, and most patient artist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Wishing you a very Happy Birthday, sir. May you be blessed with happiness, health, and many more memorable movies. Welcome to the madness called Indian Cinema. I cannot wait for our audiences to witness what you have created as HECTOR. #Ranabaali #ArnoldVosloo @MythriOfficial

When I first came to Chennai.. I booked a bus via the TNSTC website to my hometown. Got to Koyambedu & boarded the bus. After a few minutes a Clg girl came & said her seat was near me. Even before I said anything, she went to her dad who came to drop her & was complaining that a Boy is sitting near me blah blah. Honestly.. I never like to sit near Strangers esp.. women. So.. I went to the Conductor and asked.. can he change my seating. Conductor anna said.. it's not your mistake thambi, Why do u want to change? She should've clicked the female option while booking so only female passengers get allotted seats near females. Conductor anna went to her who was Making a Scene with her dad, Said.. Nenga Seat change panunum na panikonga.. ila Edatha Gaali pannunga vandi edukanum time aachu. (Feeling proud of saga Men ( Conductor Anna) voicing out for me.. I changed my seat)
When I see some decent men who sit properly, maintaining the distance and make sure that the girl can sit comfortably, I feel so good >>>>✨

She is saying that when her brother was born, her mother wanted to cut his private part. She started crying because she couldn't. Now she said that when she has a son in the future, she'll fulfill her mother's dream. A man will never even think about making such a statement about his daughter. But feminist women these days are so blind in their hatred towards men that they won't even spare a child. Is this empowering? Why are people laughing at this? Talking about hurting male babies is comedy, but even consensual sex-related topics can get you fired.

Meet Aishwarya Mohanraj She has worked with Amazon on many comedy shows. The judges told her to talk about the funniest thing that had happened to her. She went on to say, "When my brother was born, my mother cried a lot. My mother wanted to cut off this private part, but the shameless nurse didn't let her do it. But as a woman, I'll fulfill her dream. When she has a son, she'll surely chop off his private part." All the women in the room started laughing as if it was some great joke. The fact that she's not even young and naive like Sejal Pawar makes it worse. She's a 31 yo mature woman. Why is there no FIR against such women? She is basically joking about committing a crime against an innocent baby 🙏

For the past few days i am receiving lot of messages saying Thanks and Sorry. Thanks for the feel the film has given them. And Sorry for missing it out in Theaters. I m not just getting messages. I am receiving bundles of Testimonials from all corners of the world in multiple languages. Had tears reading many. Replied for many. My Instagram and X feed is flooded with memes, essays, drawings, edits, reviews and Ai generated Rathnavalluvar 😂. There is lots of love in it. I m floored drenching in love 🫠♥️. Important: So @ECISVEEP stays ‘silent’, doesn’t respond to Cong demand to reconsider Meenakshi Natarajan nomination for Rajya Sabha from MP when all the available evidence suggests that prima facie this was hardly a case which required a nomination rejection. At the very least, one would have expected clarity from a top constitutional body. Meanwhile, all 3 BJP candidates declared unopposed. Matter will now be heard in SC only tomorrow and expect ‘tareek pe tareek’ and a prolonged hearing. Yet another nail in the coffin of an institution one looked upto as a neutral umpire. 🙏

After Vote Chori and Sarkar Chori - the BJP-EC jugalbandi has finished the contest before it has even begun with Seat Chori. Look at what happened in the recent Rajya Sabha elections. Congress candidate Meenakshi Natarajan ji submitted every document. No pending cases. The EC cancelled her nomination on a frivolous BJP objection. Parimal Nathwani ji, the BJP-backed independent, got his own name wrong on the form and skipped multiple mandatory disclosures. The EC gave him an extension to fix everything. Same Election Commission. Two candidates. One was disqualified without even a hearing. The other was rewarded despite not following the rules. When the Congress sought a meeting, the EC first tried to evade us. When we finally met, they did not say one word. Expect to see much more of this - because for the BJP, it is far easier to fix the election than to win it.

Director Mathimaran Pugazhendi's (@MathiMaaran) much-anticipated upcoming sports action drama #Mandaadi, featuring actor @sooriofficial and @Mahima_Nambiar in the lead, will now hit screens worldwide on September 4 this year.#Telugu actor #Suhas will be making his Tamil debut with this film, which, I am told, has some breath taking boat race sequences. Can't wait to watch this film!

#Habeebi is a refreshing and engaging tale that shines the light on Tamil Muslims from the southern region of the state. It tells a lovely romantic tale and in the process shows the habits and practices followed by the community in the region. Full marks to @meerafilmdr for a fantastic effort. #HabeebiReview
