it’s too funny to see people keep saying the real talent is the one who can deliver a brilliant quali lap but in george’s case they suddenly say only long run pace matters (during a weekend where george’s pace was slightly slower)

Stop saying Mercedes would never sabotage GR’s car because they need the WCC. They clearly don’t care about that. As long as their manufactured champion keeps collecting points, that’s all that matters to them.And it’s not even limited to Mercedes itself ,other teams running Mercedes PUs have also been dealing with strangely timed reliability issues.

No Mercedes did not even try to go. It was George fighting for his place. Fighting for himself to leave in between the time to go personally to ask regarding his penalty.
The fault of the drive through goes to George’s garage who forgot about the penalty!!!
