You can’t always control what happens to you, but you can always control how you respond. The more you take control of your response to events, the happier and more successful you’ll be.
PLAYERS: Mental toughness doesn't mean you are more talented than someone else. It usually just means you can be more consistent and resilient than someone else. This is a great way to differentiate yourself and gain an edge. Go from average-to-good or good-to-great.
