You may notice Bernard Herrmann is credited as "Sound Consultant" in THE BIRDS rather than composer.
That's because there isn't a Herrmann score in THE BIRDS. Herrmann and Hitchcock agreed to use bird sounds through electronics rather than an orchestra. #TCMParty #LetsMovie
