Are we gearing up for a repeat of May 2023? Once again, it pays to be a degen. This time it's a Runes 2.0 type protocol: "Alkanes". You might call them "programmable runes". It's taken off in China, but behind the new metaprotocol is @oylwallet/@OylDynamics.
