This is a lovely story. Koji Tokumasu, the man responsible for getting and running Japan's World Cup, came to Wales penniless in the 70s to learn about rugby. He stayed 2 years. He credits Japan's @rugbyworldcup back to those days. 👍👏🏼 @WelshRugbyUnion ❤️

Concussion is the most common injury in pro rugby.
Players are missing training time, missing games, losing their careers; as a result of concussion.
High tackle sanctioning is aimed at reducing concussion incidence.
Surely that’s a good enough reason?
