My dearest Delawareans, happy Separation Day.
Breaking free of the tyrannical yoke of both the United Kingdom, and the far worse Pennsylvania, was — quite plainly — one of our finest decisions.
Two hundred and fifty years later, I felt behooved to send a message to mark the occasion.

Alexandria is about to use public financing to transform a dead waterfront power plant into an entirely new neighborhood 🤯🔥
The city is proposing a $135 MILLION financing deal to help redevelop the old Potomac River Power Plant site into:
🏠 1,000 homes
🎭 Arts cultural space
🛍️ Retail restaurants
🌳 Massive waterfront public spaces
All on 19 acres directly on the Potomac River.
The craziest part? Officials say the investment could unlock more than $2 BILLION in private development and completely reshape Old Town North.
