I’m impressed with how the ads here have gone downhill. I got an ad in Spanish. I don’t speak (or read) Spanish. I also got an ad for some sort of local novelty shop that doesn’t at all look interesting.

9:30 AM: I filled the feeder with expensive, organic birdseed.
11:32: This red-bellied woodpecker(?) is tossing seeds down for the squirrels since they can’t get it themselves. How thoughtful. It’s down by ~1/5.
11:48: The bird briefly leaves, feeder is at 1/2.
4:15 PM: Empty.

My bird feeder is right outside my window. A red-tailed hawk just tried (and failed) to pick off one of the pigeons that were eating under it. Quite a commotion, though.
