Hey #InfoSec land, are there any online certification providers (CSX, CEH, CHFI) that don't require remote proctoring? I can't move past being required to install TeamViewer and hand over control of my machine in order to sit a cyber security certification exam.

We won something Australia! 😢 The gold medal for the least green, most expensive recovery packages - awarded by the UN. Given our opportunity, this is so sad.
Are countries 'building back better'? UNEP finds that Australia's economic recovery investment is the least green of all major packages, deep in the "missed opportunity" quadrant. wedocs.unep.org/bitstream/ha… Here's our low-carbon stimulus paper of mid-2020: ccep.crawford.anu.edu.au/sit…

2/2 I later found that focusing on understanding the topics being presented helped with both my recall and ability to learn. This drive to understand fits in well with dyslexic traits and is now core to my learning style. #DyslexiaIsMySuperPower

An intelligence agency incidentally collected #COVIDsafe app data but didn't look at it? Lol yeah sure. If telecommunications mandatory metadata retention has taught us anything it's that this is the modern day "I didn't inhale". #AusPol itnews.com.au/news/covidsafe…

I read something recently that summed up how I try to approach leadership, and seems related to tonight's #AusLibChat. "Leaders take the blame and give the credit." Sometimes the best form of self promotion is promoting those whose success you've contributed to. 1/2
