I took a customer without BVN to the bank for enrollment and account opening. Yesterday he was told to return today for his BVN. The account officer collected ₦2k from the ₦5k she demanded. This morning he got his account number, then 2 hours later a scammer called,

asked him to fund ₦20k & send his OPay card details. D scammer knew details only shared with the officer.
Who’s leaking customer data to fraudsters?
I’m taking him back to the bank 2morow. If my customer is defrauded, the officer should be ready to lose her job.
