It's 54 years since Pink Floyd released Meddle, which spent 85 weeks on the UK album charts.
With a gatefold cover (shown here opened up) featuring a close-up of an ear, one side of the album is host to the epic Echoes. Coincidentally, on this day in 2001, a Pink Floyd compilation of the same name was released! Here's pictures of both:

On Friday 4th July the blue plaque commemorating the austin Pedal Car factory at Tir-y-Beth (Bargoed) was unveiled. Great team effort with @AustinPedalCars @CaerphillyCBC @ITVWales and the local primary school. Prout to help honour this amazing factory - home of the Austin J40!
