Blockchain streaming technology is an
interesting application of Code-In. To stream this video,
we first inscribed every frame of the video
to the chain in sequential order.
Following inscription, we stream each web3 cached frame
at x fps to create a video.
For sound, we inscribe base64 encoded mp3 files.
We then stream the inscribed mp3 file in sync with the
video to create stream-able blockchain media.
The value of decentralized data cannot be understated.
Uploading media to Solana lays the
groundwork for creating a true web3 internet.
We can audit data, verify data integrity
and origin, permanently save data,
and block censorship and IP restrictions.
Imagine a world where governments cannot censor history,
lawyers and publishing companies cannot block access to
knowledge, all media is free for everyone.
We can build a brighter future where knowledge
is collectively shared among humanity.
A technical golden age free from restriction.
Our technology makes cheap blockchain data possible. Before
Code-In, it would cost over 7.1 solana to upload 1mb of data,
using Code-In this is slashed to 0.003 solana. This is a 2000x
cost reduction.
