Chemo-refractory #ovariancancer patients' tumors are understudied for several reasons. In the @deciderproject we compared not responding tumors to responsive ones at the DNA, RNA and protein level and discovered interferon pathway as the key.

Glad to see our chromosomal instability (CIN) signature #ovariancancer paper published in @CD_AACR! We used #WGS data from 640 patient samples from 243 patients enrolled in @deciderproject and characterized the structural variation landscape.
