My audience is the people who feel unheard, unseen, and uninvited, just like me. My audience also includes my perceived enemies, those pitted against me by you and your colleagues in the media. I want to meet them where they are and help build a bridge. A bridge built of that which connects all of us. That’s where we begin to actually heal. And it’s not as if my intent is difficult to understand or discern. Just read and listen to what I have said on this platform, and the 18 hours of unscripted pod casts I have done. I think your shock as to why anyone would care says far more about you than it does about me. Take a look at the comments to your post. And I also know this: people are tired of the bullshit. They’re tired of you and the chattering classes’ obsession with my family as Rome burns. So instead of wondering why people care about what I have to say, Chris, maybe you should concern yourself with why no one cares anymore about what you and everyone you represent has to say.

But all he will do - like he always does - is insist that up is down and bad is good, and he is smart and they are not, and he will recite grandiose claims of wars he thinks he has ended, he will insult his predecessors, and then - in incomplete and broken sentences - he will rant, ramble, and riff ... it might start on subjects of global import but will descend to windmills, witch hunts, whales, water pressure, and whatever, and the audience will roll their eyes collectively. He will make a few veiled threats, and then - perhaps - dangle a proposition or a concept of a proposition, filled with hyperbole, which enriches his oligarchy, presented as an opportunity, which all should abide because he is competent and smart, and the audience's eyes will almost roll out of their sockets. The world leaders that are the recipients of all this are respectful and smiling on the outside but making fun of him privately at every turn. Each and every one of them knows they cannot trust the 80-year-old man, knows that the 80-year-old man is ill and in decline, susceptible to praise and grift, and they know that if they wait it out a little longer, the 80-year-old man will be gone, and they'll have a more comfortable and less risky discourse with someone else soon.

He started it. He fucked it all up. He lied & lied & lied & lied about it. He made them stronger. He made us weaker. He surrendered. He lost. And then he gave them billions & billions & billions. MAGA, MAGA.
