Curry Barker dated one woman with BPD and then made the best horror movie of the decade. Nice.

Yeah, probably. Why am I financially on the hook for someone so financially irresponsible that they can’t or won’t plan for retirement? If it’s that important to you, fund a charity with your own money. You’re not entitled to the fruits of my labor.

We should be able to opt out of social security. "but then the system is insolvent and would collapse!" So it's a pyramid scheme, then? Even more reason we should be able to opt out.

Twitter right now is everyone arguing about which fairy tale story belongs in the library with all the other fairy tale stories and it all just seems so silly

My guy, nothing is stopping you from starting a profitless supermarket, construction company, or whatever other endeavor you think others should do for free. It’s telling that you haven’t done it yet.
Imagine if supermarkets existed to provide food to the community and not to make profit for shareholders Imagine if housing were built to house the community and not to make profit Imagine if healthcare was about healing the sick, not about profit Imagine if utilities and transport were nationally owed and not for profit

I’d love to see @EliCraneAZ and @AbrahamHamadeh support the Major Richard Star act and sign the H. Res. 1247 discharge petition to bring it to a vote. I won’t hold my breath but I’d still love to see it

There’s only two types of men in the military: Those that jerked off in a porta potty and those that are lying about having jerked off in a porta potty. Of all the objectionable things about Platner, that ain’t one of them.
Once you’ve admitted to masturbating in porta potties, the bar for shocking behavior is pretty much gone

Campaign operatives take a sacred oath: hide your candidate's infidelity. It is a sad day in America when they violate that oath. These aren't wedding vows. They mean something.
It’s no one’s fucking business what happened in Graham & Amy’s marriage before he was ever a candidate for office. There should be no place in our politics for incompetent, opportunistic operatives who violate privacy, betray trust, and prioritize vengeance over decency.

A colorblind test is, definitionally, not racist. By contrast, doing away with it is quite racist.

This may be an unpopular opinion but the people who make these kind of videos don’t care about kids and just want the barest socially acceptable pretense to do abuse people* on camera. *to the extent pedophiles should be considered people, which is debatable.

Everyone is dunking on this but the most fiscally responsible woman I know earns a salary higher than my first year as a lawyer and still needs a roommate. She doesn’t even have fluff degrees, either. She has an MBA from a top school and earns more than my father did supporting a family of 4 and she still needs a roommate. She doesn’t spend frivolously or go on lavish vacations. No ridiculous expenses and cooks at home most nights. Her iPhone is 8 years old. Something is broken, badly, with our economy.
Younger Americans cannot survive with the cost of living as high as it is This girl shows her gas light is on. She only had enough cash for 2 McDonald’s hash browns, she bas $20 in her bank account She gets up at 6am to go to work, and still have nothing to show for it “I'm so sick of America. I'm so sick of our government — I'm so sick of everyone and everything” This is not the way we are supposed to be living in America. This is not the way we are supposed to be feeling in America It never used to be like this The homeownership rate for Americans under age 35 is around 36% as of early 2026, this is significantly lower than previous generations at the same age About 42% of Gen Z report living paycheck to paycheck, with roughly half saying the high cost of living is their top issue 52% of Millennials say financial pressures are causing them to delay major life decisions like marriage, starting a family or buying a home Median net worth for Americans in their 20s is roughly $6,600–$26,000 You can’t even afford to start a family anymore in America

As promised, let's talk about VA benefits. In this 🧵we will cover: ✅Purpose of VA benefits ✅How service connection and ratings work ✅How VA "math" works ✅Why VA compensation is different from civilian disability and why limiting it to only "combat" veterans is wrong ✅Why VA compensation looks "fraudulent" to the uniformed ✅The problem with claims sharks. Buckle in, it's gonna be a long one.

So; TL;DR VA compensates veterans for what they think the average earnings impact of a disability will be, regardless of what the actual impact is on that veteran's earnings potential. Vets go through a lot, even during CONUS peacetime service, that civilian employers cannot do to their employees. Vets get hurt at higher rates than civilians in comparable jobs because of the work tempo, lack of ability to get treatment, and inability to sue for negligence or dangerous conditions> We shouldn't arbitrarily require that a vet serve in "combat" to qualify for disability benefits. And to the extent there is some fraud in the VA disability system, that fraud is perpetuated by illegal companies that manufacture fake evidence and tell their customers to refuse VA examinations.

Lmao what how is that possible? How have you never done a trial as a prosecutor?
Warren Petersen conducted 9 trials as a 3rd year law student. That's 9 more trials than I've conducted.
