@Amtrak your phone number has been busy for a while and your website doesn't work, errors everytime I try to modify a trip. How do you expect customers to urgently change travel plans? Why is your site broken?

Finally got through on the phone, waiting in queue only to be dropped by the IVR. Called back immediately, back to busy. Horrible customer experience.

Hey @FedEx (@FedExHelp) send a few executives to these locations and see if they can find these drop boxes.
There was no helpful info on your site with more detailed location info either. Spent a total of 30 mins trying to find these to send out a letter. Terrible experience.

@greentheonly I feel like within the last update or two, regen is less powerful. Confirmed with another person who noticed the same in their car. Is that possible? I'm like 99% sure, as I've been using the brakes more in the same areas. I've seen nothing about it. P3D, 2020.28.5.
