Twice @HomeDepotCanada cancelled my order because they sent the order to the wrong store ignoring my account settings. And then the Halifax Store called me, talked briefly then proceeded to hang up and never called me back. #customerhelp

Complete #UX fail, @HomeDepotCanada. It is impossible to call the Home Depot, I have no idea on earth how forcing a caller to say “English” is user friendly. I have tried calling 4 times, and repeated “English” multiple times each time only to be hung up on! #CustomerExperience
