Iโm genuinely frustrated by this response. I'd like an actual human to review this case PLEASE.
My lawyer conducted a fair use analysis and helped draft my counter-notification. YouTube rejected it, stating that it was โunclearโ whether I had a valid reason for filing a counter-notification. However, the basis for the counter-notification was clearly stated that the video qualifies as FAIR USE.
Please explain why this counter-notification was rejected. What specifically was missing from the submission?
Seriously, what is the purpose of a counter-notification process if creators are not told why a legally reviewed submission was rejected?
Meanwhile, a claimant can file a takedown request and a creator receives a strike, but the creator is left guessing why their counter-notification wasnโt accepted.
I am at my witsโ end and am simply asking for transparency and an explanation from the YouTube team ๐ญ๐ญ

I'm lucky enough that I haven't had a really bad collab experience yet. Keyword "Yet".
Do you guys have any bad collab experiences?
My worst one was a couple years ago with a VTuber. We were supposed to play Valorant together, but something came up on their end. They canceled less than an hour before we were scheduled to go live. I get that emergencies happen, so I reached out to rescheduleโฆ and got completely ghosted. A short while later, they even unfollowed me.
We had similar-sized audiences, so it wasnโt like I was a nobody to them. I was just left hanging with nothing. I hope they were okay, but it definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.

Thank you to everyone today who watched and followed. First time playing Bioshock and it was a hell of a lot of fun. Love the art deco architecture and world design, I love how the combat can be brutal but also forgiving, and its definitely a game I plan on playing again next week.
