Can't believe this playbook is being so normal in the industry and no one is really taking the responsibility. - Marketed as a broad community airdrop, but in reality most of the allocation ended up in team and insider wallets. - Then aggressively drove the token price higher using the artificially low circulating supply. - During this period, allocations from angel and KOL rounds had their unlock schedules pushed back, often without much choice. - Right before the unlock, a hack or some other major incident conveniently created a scenario where tokens could be sold or otherwise liquidated. Our industry is doomed until we solve this.

. @Pumpfun is one of the examples that I don’t think crypto ever goes away. The internet didn’t just become infrastructure for traditional businesses. It also created internet-native categories: games, entertainment, porn, gambling, memes, social media. A lot of them looked unserious at first. But they proved what the internet was uniquely good at and their size grew big enough to compete with traditional ones. Crypto will likely be the same. Some of it will improve existing industries. But there will always be the crypto-native products that could not exist anywhere else without crypto rail. *I don't like the new pupmfun product tho.

A half-truth in AI-related layoffs: You have to change NOW how your org operates; individual output expectations are 10x what they were a year ago. But, it's on top of ZIRP overhiring. It's hard on a lot of good people who are experiencing two generational events in ~6 years.

For all marketing folks, if you are going to use AI for this level of important announcement and want to avoid AI slop result - Give enough reference to AI - Set specific tone / style that you want to write - Clarify which phrase / expression should not be used - Build this as internal claude team skill so it can be used in horizontally within the company (not just using gemini / gpt prompt)

I don’t care who’s right between @monad and @megaeth. One thing is clear: at least one of them has to succeed and prosper, or we might never see another new chain or ecosystem emerge in this industry. So stop wasting time scolding each other and just support the team you want to win.
