EXPECTED TERMS OF US-IRAN PEACE DEAL:
1. Extends ceasefire between US and Iran for 60 days
2. Begins 60-day negotiation period for technical discussions around Iran's nuclear program
3. Removes US Naval blockade and reopens Strait of Hormuz
4. US will commit to discuss sanctions relief with Iran
5. US will commit to discuss the release of frozen Iranian funds
6. Peace deal includes permanent end to fighting on all fronts, including Lebanon
7. Final agreement to be signed on June 19th in Switzerland

solar is a good investment when you need lots of energy fast in the middle of nowhere
BREAKING: Solar energy accounted for 12.8% of US electricity production in May, surpassing coal at 12.2%, marking the first time this has occurred in a full calendar month.
Solar generation surged 17.0% YoY in May while coal output declined -11.0%, continuing a historic shift in the US power mix.
This shift has been supported by years of rapid solar deployment, while rising electricity demand from AI data centers further boosting investment in new generation capacity.
As a result, solar and battery storage together accounted for 91% of all new US power capacity installed in Q1 2026.
Meanwhile, natural gas remains the dominant source at 37% of the US electricity mix.
The AI revolution is accelerating America's energy transition.

I made the intro and gave @zuler a heads up.
Shortly after, he pitched his services to him and proceeded to dm him in private with the exact same copy pasta dm I received.
People forget that WHO and HOW you are introduced plays a huge role. How you act upon such an introduction is often discussed afterwards, as in 'bro why did you waste my time'.
If I, or anyone in business development, repeats that often enough, our network is worthless. So I'd rather sacrifice someone like Yurii than lose my reputation.
