This policeman's 113-pound flathead just shattered a state catfish record. Patrol Sgt. Joseph Driggers was fishing a 40-foot-deep back eddy on South Carolina's Pee Dee River when a giant flathead ate his Santee rig. After a 15-minute fight, Driggers landed the fish and South Carolina DNR biologists certified its weight at 113.7 pounds. The catch shattered the previous South Carolina flathead record of 84.6 pounds by nearly 30 pounds and is now the largest flathead catfish ever recorded in the state.

Mace has sure introduced a lot of bills, unfortunately none of them (oustside of renaming a post office) have gone anywhere. The era of performative politics is over. Vote for results today. Vote for Rom Reddy.
MACE WIN: This week we introduced our 90th bill of the 119th Congress and now rank 5th in the House for most legislation introduced. From supporting our veterans to improving cost of living to protecting our children from harmful mutilations and putting America first, when something needs to be fixed, we get to work. South Carolina STRONG.

Rom Reddy is worth voting for just based on the fact that he is the only candidate to oppose the construction of data centers in S.C. Not being beholden to lobbyists and megadonors has its benefits.

“You see candidates looking up things and saying things just to get elected," Norman said. Case in point. wspa.com/news/state-news/rep…
I hear Ralph Norman is running for Congress. He keeps telling everyone that on the debate stage and at campaign events. South Carolina needs a conservative leader physically and mentally able to change this state, not autopen 2.0.

Rom Reddy is exactly the bold, principled leader South Carolina desperately needs right now! His powerful promise “I will only kneel to God, not government, restore our God-given rights, and end the weaponization of government” is a breath of fresh air and a return to what made this state and country great. If elected governor, South Carolinians will finally have a champion who puts people over politics, families free to live their faith without interference, businesses unleashed from bureaucratic overreach, and every citizen protected from a government that’s been weaponized against them. Imagine restored constitutional rights, lower taxes, safer communities, and real accountability in Columbia, no more endless mandates or political persecution. This is our chance to take our state back.

As you all go to the polls Tuesday, I want to frame the current state of the Governor’s race. The field has separated into 2 tiers. There are 3 candidates in Tier 1 - Wilson, Evette and myself. 2 out of these 3 will be in the runoff. For those of you tired of Columbia politics, I am the only one that can prevent one insider (Wilson) running against another insider (Evette). You have to decide if this state can afford 8 more years of this. Even though I am the only outsider businessman who has never been in politics and takes zero campaign donations, the “outsider” vote is being split between me, career politician Norman and Nancy Mace. For those of you on the fence who maybe are considering Norman or Mace, please recognize they do not have a path to the runoff and by voting for them and splitting the outsider vote, you will inadvertently be setting up an insider vs insider battle between Wilson and Evette. Let’s see why that would be a disaster. In the last 10 years of Evette/McMaster, the S.C. population went up roughly 10 percent while state spending soared over 100 percent and we became the highest income tax state of any Republican run state. Meanwhile nothing changed on key metrics such as education, roads, median family income or violent crime. Do we want to reward failure by promoting it with Evette? If S.C. were a private entity in big trouble, would you pick the company attorney to become CEO and fix it? That’s what you would be doing with Alan who has been the state lawyer for 15 years and has never had any governing experience. An insider attorney is not a turnaround CEO. In my case, not only have I been a CEO of multiple operating companies, I have hired and developed CEO’s and leaders of companies we bought. I have a very detailed 12 page newsletter (available under the policy tab of our website Reddyforgoveror.com) that tells you what I will do and how to transfer money and power back to the citizen including eliminating the income tax the right way by rebooting spending, eliminating the property tax on cars/ trucks and phasing out residential property tax for seniors. We will also restrict uncontrolled growth and ban data centers. So, in summary- regardless of how you feel about the merits of a Mace or Norman or Alan, please be mindful of not setting this race up to be another insider vs insider contest. I am the only remaining option to break this cabal. I humbly ask for your consideration and your vote Tuesday. -Rom Reddy

The numbers are clear, if you want an outsider Reddy is the only one with a viable path to victory. Here's the state of the race:

Reddy embodies the outsider case to be an excellent choice: potential for fresh disruption and private-sector discipline in an open race. Voters should scrutinize his detailed agenda (on his site) against opponents’ records.

Absolutely pathetic.
South Carolina needs a CEO, not tech support. Ralph Norman built a thriving real estate empire and fights as a Freedom Caucus conservative. Rom Reddy? Political insider making millions from government contracts. He uses that to fund the Murrell Smith/McMaster establishment and attacks real conservatives. Elect a leader, not a pretender. Norman for Governor

The no-path to victory Norman Family resorting to gutter-politics naked racism in the waning hours of the race shows you who they really are. There's no low to which they won't stoop in an attempt to retain power. It's time for something different.

Wow. What a comment from a leader of a company, I detect a bit of bigotry and profiling. Toddler level maturity resorts to name-calling. I’m surprised you engage on this level. Level up.

Rom Reddy is who I’m voting for. He’s the only chance South Carolina has of breaking with current establishment & bringing real changes to our state. No more of failed infrastructure & failed school systems & floating dark money.
