Community Update on $DEVELOPER We want to take a moment to speak honestly with you about where the $DEVELOPER project stands and where it's heading. Following the recent security incident, we've been in deep conversations with our internal and extended teams about how to move forward responsibly. The hack had real consequences that are extremely unfortunate. The stolen funds have not been recovered. As a result, the first cohort of partners is no longer in a position to continue their support. We were in the process of onboarding a second cohort, but several of those projects did not materialize either. Because of this, we've also paused the AutoBuy development. Without proper funding, continuing AutoBuy is not possible. So we’ve made the decision to pause indefinitely, rather than operate unsustainably. From the launch in September, we’ve struggled to reconcile the way $DEVELOPER token was designed by our partners and how Developer Camp works in the real world. A meme token, by its nature, is primarily driven by price speculation. That’s not well-aligned with what Developer Camp is actually about and what we stand for. Despite this, we took the existence of this token very seriously and have attempted to find a place for it in our ecosystem. Developer Camp Manila produced real outcomes, real connections, and real energy. The $DEVELOPER community deserves a token structure which reflects that, not one where value is disconnected from impact. We’ve begun exploring more sustainable models, where a token represents connection to real-world value rather than something speculative. $DEVELOPER tokens would be transmuted into this new structure, but such a project may take many months or years to materialize, and we won’t know until further research and time for the business to evolve. This is early-stage thinking and we won't rush it, but we're sharing it now because it feels important to continue to be transparent about our perspective on the project. We’d rather give you something meaningful to read than fill your timeline with incremental or incomplete information. When we have something substantive to share, you'll hear it. To everyone who has held, participated, or stayed patient through a genuinely excruciating stretch, especially our larger holders, thank you. Your trust is not taken for granted, and we remain committed to getting this right before making promises we can't keep. This continues to be a long-term commitment. Any new direction we take will be structured with existing holders in mind, and we are committed to ensuring that those who have been part of this journey are recognized and taken care of accordingly. We're not building something new on the backs of people who believed in us early; we’re building it for you and them. This is a project rooted in community that has been producing real technology and real impact for years. We intend to honor that and pursue repair where it is needed.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: On March 10, 2026, unauthorized actors compromised the private keys associated with two operational wallets belonging to the Developer Camp corporate token purchasing program (AutoBuy and Buy-Ups). During a 5-minute window, the attacker liquidated internal token reserves ($developer and USDC) into native SOL via decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregators, and exfiltrated the resulting SOL funds to attacker-controlled infrastructure. The attacker did not steal or hold the $developer or USDC tokens themselves; they fraudulently forced market sells of those assets to drain the wallets of pure SOL. Total Stolen Assets: >60 Native SOL (resulting from the liquidation of >10.45 Million $developer tokens and USDC reserves) Total Estimated USD Loss: ~$4,900 USD We are officially requesting that exchanges and market-makers flag the associated attacker addresses to freeze deposits pending further law enforcement action.
