Brilliant weekend, delivering a fantastic, safe event providing care to all who needed it. Great to be part of the leadership team and managing the deployment of the medical resources from our @SportsMedics people and contracted medics.

A huge thanks to our enormous medical team of doctors, nurses, therapists, first aiders, comms, admin operational team who put in a sensational job for the UK's 2nd biggest marathon.
