We are heartbroken parents, seeking justice for our innocent son, @AriTeman, wrongfully convicted in a corrupt system. @ElonMusk and @JDVance, we urge you to investigate this travesty and free Ari as many top legal experts have asked the prior administration to do. Judge Paul Engelmayer blocked expert witnesses, did not disclose his own multimillion dollar relevant holdings, ignored clear evidence of Ari’s innocence, and helped SDNY hide exculpatory evidence. He made ex parte calls to SDNY during the trial, putting his thumb on the scale. Ari founded JCorps, a nondenominational volunteering network uniting young Jewish adults to serve communities globally, earning recognition from the White House, the Jewish Federations, and Mayor Bloomberg’s office. He’s a good man, not a criminal, yet he’s unjustly kept from rebuilding his life in Israel. We won’t rest until the truth prevails. Please, lend your voices to our fight and help free Ari and ask @AGPamBondi to dismiss this case and restore his freedom. We fear for Ari's life and safety. Please free Ari now! justiceforari.org #FreeAriNow

I believe @elonmusk is acting in good faith and intends to drive positive change. But it’s worth examining where major efforts tied to X have not delivered so that you and your team may fix these major hurdles: •X has not materially reduced political corruption. Public figures continue to use the platform to build influence while engaging in self-enrichment. •X has not meaningfully improved outcomes for people who were unjustly prosecuted or sentenced. •X has not curtailed dominant players like Amazon from harming smaller competitors. •X has not prevented the rise of authoritarian or illiberal political actors. In practice, much of this still looks like business as usual. Four examples: 1Pardons and relief efforts appear influenced by access and money. An emailed engagement letter from Dhillon Law allegedly demanded $300,000 to pursue dismissal of the case against Ari and $150,000 to pursue a pardon—despite public statements asserting innocence. At the same time, the current U.S. Pardon Attorney, @eagleedmartin, has publicly expressed support for freeing Ari without corresponding action ( x.com/EagleEdMartin/status/1… ). That gap between stated support and inaction raises serious concerns about whether access and money are influencing outcomes. 2Large corporations continue to exert significant influence. Critics argue that Amazon benefits from favorable treatment, while smaller businesses and competitors face regulatory pressure. Now, Amazon's shipping play was incentive for them to have SDNY target Ari whose company exposed Amazon for breaking into thousands of properties WITHOUT permission to install a door  opener ( news.bloomberglaw.com/ip-law… ). 3Local political outcomes remain unchanged in key cities. Despite major spending by @BillAckman, an extremist candidate won the mayor’s office, underscoring that X has had limited impact on shifting voter behavior in deeply entrenched environments. If X is really meant to drive accountability, there are concrete steps that could be taken: – Advocate directly for review of contested prosecutions and push for transparency in pardon decisions. – Support legal defense funds for individuals and startups facing disproportionate regulatory or legal pressure. – Invest in broader media and outreach channels beyond X to influence public awareness in major cities. I use the Ari Teman case because it's a clear example of why X is not achieving its goals. If you can't free an innocent Jew with even the United States Pardon Attorney @eagleedmartin HIMSELF saying Ari is innocent on X, then there's no hope for many other innocent men and women. Direct call to action: @elonmusk @harleyf and @BillAckman should publicly commit to backing the effort to secure the release of @ariteman, including calling on @ToddBlanche to move to dismiss the case today — without insiders demanding payments — and urging @realDonaldTrump to ensure immediate review and dismissal. Many, including @roncoleman and @jon_gross (formerly of the DOJ!) have seen the inside corruption preventing Ari from bring freed without bribes being paid ( x.com/RonColeman/status/1888… ). This is unacceptable. There can be no "price on Jewish life or freedom" but that's what clearly is happening. Ari is one of the good ones, one of those who fights for what's right, and it's a shame that deeply corrupt men are able to buy their freedom but this innocent Jew remains under the control of a corrupt judge. @elonmusk @harleyf and @billackman will you pledge to ask President Trump to free this innocent Jewish innovator today and ensuing he no longer needs to fight for his freedom and survival?

Can vouch for the truth of pretty much every word of this

To the Silent Warriors 🙏 W/ @eliezraofficial A side of Israel most people never see. Ordinary civilians living everyday lives, who quietly carry extraordinary responsibility, defending their country with discipline, restraint, and a deep moral code. No boasting. No glory. Just commitment and service. Gratitude to the invisible men and women who keep all of us in Israel safe.

For nearly twelve months, my dear friend French journalist @NoraBussigny embedded herself within anti Israel circles she wanted to understand from the inside. She attended demonstrations, was present at organizational meetings, and immersed herself in campus life. What she witnessed troubled her. Language that might once have seemed extreme had become normalized: dehumanizing wordplay targeting Israel, references to a “Zionist entity” as though the country itself were illegitimate. Her conclusion, explored in her book, is that hostility toward Israel—and often toward Jewish people more broadly—has become a unifying force. Groups that share little ideologically, from radical leftists to Islamist organizations to progressive identity-focused movements, find common cause in this one area. She traces how funding flows through NGOs, left-wing political networks, and Palestinian solidarity campaigns, creating an infrastructure that supports collaboration among otherwise incompatible factions. Perhaps most striking was the reception she received when voicing concern about anti-Jewish sentiment or violence. Rather than engagement, she encountered dismissal. The act of naming the problem was treated as more offensive than the problem itself. The rhetoric she documented went beyond policy disagreement. It questioned whether Israel should exist at all—framing the nation not as flawed but as fundamentally illegitimate. It was a pleasure joining her in conversation with @DavidHarrisNY for his show.

This is hands down one of the best takedowns you’ll ever see. It’s a lesson of truth and history destroying lies and propaganda. It is a masterclass of tearing apart the fake victim narrative and libels of the Arabs used as a weapon against Israel. And nobody does it better than the phenomenal @MosabHasanYOSEF. He is brilliant. Watch this.

Dear @EagleEdMartin it's wonderful that you agreed @AriTeman needs to be pardoned when you were out of office. Now that you're in office, could you please make it happen?

If the White House / DOJ (Executive Branch) were to offer a $3M reward to anyone in the DOJ who exonerates an innocent person, more than 1000 innocent men and women would go home very soon. That might seem like an expensive reward, but the cost of caging innocent men and women for years, often life, is far greater on them, their families, and their communities. Plus, having to pay $3M for cheating someone into a cage might deter the DOJ from doing it. I bet, @elonmusk, you could persuade @realDonaldTrump to enact this. Perhaps @ScottAdamsSays could help with the persuasion -- you are someone who has spent a lifetime speaking up for the innocent (including me, thank you). And for the anti-corruption Czar @EagleEdMartin (who has also very kindly spoken up for me ( x.com/EagleEdMartin/status/1… ) and pardon Czar @AliceMarieFree, it would really lift the burden on difficult cases -- because there are people in the DOJ who KNOW that there are innocent men and women who should be freed (they have spoken to me directly) but they cannot afford to lose their careers. It's sad that a government salary is worth more than an innocent man or woman's freedom, and this reward would change that. Let a good person in the DOJ free 10 innocent people and walk away with $30M and whistleblower protection. A pardon is great, but innocent people deserve dismissals with prejudice, reimbursement of damages including the tremendous costs to heal and rebuild (the justice system is tremendously traumatic and needlessly inhumane and abusive even to first-time non-violent offenders), and a public and full exoneration and apology. Rewarding the exoneration of innocent men and women, the full restoration of justice, will help Make America Great Again.

🚨 HAPPENING RIGHT NOW in Manhattan: A mob of antisemites is outside Park East Synagogue screaming for “Globalize the Intifada” and “There is only one solution: Intifada revolution.” The Rabbi inside, Rabbi Arthur Schneier, is 93 years old. He survived the Holocaust. He was a child when Kristallnacht happened, when Nazis and their supporters smashed the windows of synagogues exactly like this one. Tonight, 87 years later, he’s forced to hear the same hatred, the same bloodlust, outside his own shul. This isn’t about Gaza. This isn’t about “justice.” This is the same ancient virus, wearing a keffiyeh instead of a brown shirt. They want you to believe it’s political. It’s not. It’s pogrom energy with better branding. Never again is happening again. Right now. On the Upper East Side. Share this before they memory-hole it. I stand with Israel and the Jews.

Just beneath the Western Wall, twenty meters below where roots weave into bedrock, I pressed my palm against stone older than exile. No chants, no crowds, only history’s quiet hum. Foundation stones from Solomon’s era and Herod’s expansions stand undeniable, too solid for dismissal. Palestinians label it fiction, Muslims claim it’s theirs, but here’s the truth: Hebrew carvings, ancient clay seals, the pulse of Zion beneath my hand. I prayed for peace—for Jerusalem, for myself—amid simple, unshakable truth that shatters propaganda. Muslim and Palestinian efforts to erase Jewish identity cannot erase history or archaeology. The Islamic golden dome above draws the eye, but the soul is pulled to what lies below. Let Zion’s truth resound. Nothing can erase it.

How about being honored to play a role in granting a pardon to a truly innocent man. You’ve said it yourself, Ari Teman is innocent. He deserves a pardon. He deserved it years ago. President Trump will definitely recognize the name of Judge Paul Engelmayer.

Walk Hebron-Abraham, Jacob, alive in stone. Bible names every hill, Quran doesn't even name the place. Archaeology? Hebrew bones predate Islam, Romans, Babylonians, and Greeks, by millennia. Legally? Israel wins: Balfour, San Remo, UN partition-Jews said yes, Arabs and Muslims attacked. Their right is conquest; Israel's is signed paper. Palestinian identity's borrowed-no ancient roots, just squatting on Jewish land like thieves in a stolen house. No legitimacy, no history, no deed. Jews own it-history, scripture, shovel, law. End of.

Judge Paul Engelmayer Must Be Held Accountable As a father, it is unbearable to watch my son, @AriTeman, be railroaded by a corrupt judicial system. Judge Paul Engelmayer has consistently refused to recuse himself from cases in which he holds multi-million dollar investments—cases like my son’s, where he had a direct financial interest in the bank that actually mishandled a legal transaction. In Ari’s case (JusticeForAri.org), Judge Engelmayer: 1. Blocked Expert Testimony Relevant to His Own Investments - He refused to allow independent banking experts to testify that Ari’s actions were entirely legal and that it was Bank of America that erred. - Judge Engelmayer failed to disclose his multi-million dollar interest in Bank of America stock. 2. Ignored Bank of America’s Criminal Actions - When Bank of America was caught “losing” videos and documents, and when another expert came forward exposing the bank’s conduct, Judge Engelmayer dismissed it — calling it a "waste of his time." 3. Refused to Consider Exculpatory Evidence for Two Years - A whistleblower provided pages of emails and texts proving that multiple witnesses conspired to hide evidence contradicting their testimony. - This evidence also showed that both the bank and the DOJ knew the witnesses were lying. - Judge Engelmayer sat on this evidence for two years and then declared it was "too late" to consider it. 4. Allowed His Mentee to Sabotage the Defense - Ari’s defense attorney concealed the fact that he was married to an SDNY prosecutor — one who was close friends with Judge Engelmayer and his family. - This lawyer lied to Ari and to pro bono counsel assisting him, including @RonColeman of @dhillonlaw. - While working from home during COVID, the prosecutor-wife had undisclosed access to defense conversations and strategy, and Judge Engelmayer—who was frequently in their home—knew this and did nothing. - When this came to light, Judge Engelmayer refused to recuse himself so an independent judge could consider sanctions against his corrupt mentee. 5. Regularly makes ex parte calls to prosecutors, putting his thumb on the scale against the defendant x.com/AriTeman/status/155776… 6. Endangered Ari’s Life in Prison - Despite acknowledging Ari was immunocompromised, had undergone multiple surgeries, and posed no flight risk, Judge Engelmayer sentenced him to a violent, disease-ridden prison. - After months of health issues in prison, three board-certified specialists warned that Ari’s rapid weight loss, frequent falls, and other symptoms put his life at imminent risk. Judge Engelmayer ignored their medically urgent pleadings. - He refused to grant home confinement just two months early, leading to severe medical damage that now requires surgery. 7. Covered for Prosecutorial Misconduct - Judge Engelmayer ignored Obama-era AUSAs helping witnesses conceal exculpatory evidence. The judge ignored the Obama affiliated prosecutors hiding that the main witnesses were colluding with defendants in two civil cases Ari's company had filed, keeping exculpatory evidence away from Ari's defense attorneys. One party admitted they hoped Ari would be sent to prison so his company wouldn't be able to keep a collections lawsuit going! They admitted they were willing to cheat Ari into prison to avoid paying their bills, and the judge knew this and ignored it. 8. Allowed Jury Tampering - A business competitor lied to get onto the jury. He openly made faces at Ari during the trial and whispered to other jurors — yet Judge Engelmayer took no action. 9. Fabricated evidence and lied about Judaism - Judge Engelmayer fabricated statements that Ari never said, invented nonexistent Jewish laws about Passover, and used these falsehoods to justify a harsher sentence. - Dozens of rabbis called for him to resign, but he continued to spread these lies—using them as an excuse to deny Ari medical care. x.com/AriTeman/status/155776… Paul Engelmayer showed bias against Ari in his treatment and rulings. @JDVance, @ElonMusk, @amuse, @DefiyantlyFree, @Rabois, and many others are right to call for his impeachment. We demand justice. We urge @AGPamBondi @PamBondi to dismiss this unjust case against Ari immediately and to compensate him for the devastating damage to his businesses and charitable work. People are handing out champagne in the streets of Tel Aviv to celebrate the release of the Jews who were held hostage. Many people are correctly thanking @realDonaldTrump but it's also important to thank @elonmusk. If Elon had not bought X, there would be no 2nd Trump term and no way to get unfiltered news about what was really happening in Gaza. Elon also wore the necklace to remember those held hostage and pushed for their freedom. Israel loves and is thankful to you, Elon. 🇮🇱

twitter.com/EllaTravelsLove/… A must watch: UN’s reputation got completely destroyed by Argentine President Milei during his speech at the general assembly: **“[…] At a certain point, this organization stopped upholding the principles outlined in its founding declaration […] In this very house that claims to protect human rights, they have allowed the entry of bloody dictatorships, such as those of Cuba and Venezuela, without the slightest reproach […] In this very house that claims to defend the rights of women, it allows countries that punish their women for showing skin to join the committee for the elimination of discrimination against women […] In this very house, there is a systemic voting pattern against the State of Israel, which is the only country in the Middle East that defends liberal democracy, while simultaneously demonstrating a total inability to respond to terrorism.”** Do you agree with him? please share this to expose the UN!
