They can put it there when the visiting girls team actually arrives to use the restroom. There is no need for it to be there everyday, and am I’sure the guy who gets a bloody nose is going to say “ pls bring me to the boys restroom to use the tampons instead of first aid kit!”

It was lockerooms! & the reasoning for it was so Visiting Girl Teams from other schools would have them available if any of them required one! Also they work well with Bloody Noses that Athletes like Football & Hockey Players on Mens/Boys team usually suffer from when they play!
