It was great to have the opportunity to attend the Sharing Good Practice Symposium organised by @NHSE_WTE this week. We shared the work we have been involved with over the past 18 months to help improve resident doctor inductions. Insightful engagement & feedback from delegates.

My first experience of a duathlon at the @RunThroughUK duathlon event today. Really well run event, flat, and perfect conditions with no wind. My left IT band was complaining on the second run, but still managed to bring it home. 10k run, 38k bike, 5k run Gun time: 2:35:12

There's some really cool new Adobe AI features in this thread @McgeeRguc
So...I thought Adobe was in trouble because of AI. But now, Adobe is developing a wide range of new AI features that will completely change the way people design. 10 game-changing examples that'll blow your mind:

The @RunThroughUK Rugby half marathon. Rain, hills and wind. The last mile was head on wind - legs said no to a proper sprint finish! Chuffed with my time though. Need a flat course for that sub 1.35!   Still giving that pulmonary embolism the🖕🏻. @UKRunChat

The @RunThroughUK Solihull half marathon. I lost my gel bottle early doors, which wasn't ideal. Had to run on water only. Happy with the time considering I hadn't run more than 8 miles since January. @UKRunChat @Redditchstars #running

Dr Marie Tolan, "We have been in dispute with the Conservative government for 20 months and they have failed to present a credible offer, at all, during that period" @_MarieTolan "We have lost 26% of our pay in the last 15 years and that means a newly qualified doctor who have completed five years at medical school, leaving with £100,000 of debt, is paid only £15 an hour" What they're asking for with pay restoration is to go from £15 to £20 an hour For context, one of my friend's cleaner charges £25 an hour. The Conservative party keeps talking about a high wage economy, so why aren't they matching or even improving doctors pay in relation to my friend's cleaner's hourly rate?
