Trying to talk to someone at @TAKEALOT is a catch22 situation. Going around in circles - and their "chatbot" is of no help.
- if a loyal customer can not communicate with a company, well then - there are always alternatives ...

I use ChatGPT 4o and now o1-preview on a regular basis - and can say with some authority that the @TAKEALOT chatbot is a crock.
If we can't communicate then we simply can NOT do business
