End of a chapter!
At 15 years old, I packed my bags and flew over 6,500 miles across continents, alone, in pursuit of a better education and greater opportunities.
This week, after seven years away from home, through both high school and university, I was blessed to see my parents again.
A few days later, I had the honor of officially graduating from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, along with minors in Mathematics and Economics.
This journey would not have been possible without the support of so many incredible people. I am deeply grateful to my professors, teaching assistants, tutors, managers, mentors, recruiters, HR professionals, friends, family, and everyone who believed in me along the way.
If university taught me one thing, it is this:
What you do outside the classroom matters just as much, if not more than what you do inside it.
The lectures, assignments, and exams are important, but some of the most valuable lessons come from building projects, pursuing opportunities, taking risks, forming relationships, and continuously pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone.
To everyone who has been part of my journey, thank you.
And this is only the beginning.
Stay tuned for more good news!
