Government should never grow faster than inflation population.
Under @lennycurry the budget was UNDER the benchmark by $38.5M (last 3 years) showing fiscal restraint.
Under @DonnaDeegan the budget was OVER the benchmark by a whopping $623M (last 3 years) showing zero fiscal restraint.
Please, don’t tell me keeping government growth under inflation and population is impossible.
