I had initially advocated for Ben White's departure, but upon further contemplation,I have arrived at a radically different conclusion: Ben White's contract should be coterminous with Mikel Arteta's tenure. White isn't merely a footballer; he's a grandmaster of footballing skullduggery,a virtuoso of the dark arts, and an indispensable provocateur. At a time when football is increasingly inundated with sterile idealism,he remains a steadfast custodian of glorious shithousery. More importantly, these alleged " dark arts" have culminated in a league title after 22 years of waiting and have reduced our haters into a state of perpetual lamentation. For that reason alone,I'm inclined to advocate for an escalation rather an a cessation. Next season, Arsenal should not merely employ the dark arts; we should institutionalize them. We should marinate games in gamesmanship, garnish them with calculated mischief, and season them with a level of psychological warfare that leaves rivals in a condition of existential despondency. Our victories should be ignominious, exasperating, deeply humiliating, and utterly soul-crushing to those who harbour animosity toward the club . Every last-minute winner should feel like a personal affront. Every cleansheet should resemble an act of bureaucratic cruelty. The incessant demand that football exist primarily as a vehicle of neutral entertainment is a proposition I reject entirely. Supporters of other teams are free to seek aesthetic fulfilment at their own clubs. Arsenal isn't obligated to to entertain y'all, it's to accumulate trophies while simultaneously accelerating pain and collective psychological deterioration our rivals. Your anguish is merely an incidental dividend.

On behalf of their client, Zara Sultana, Bindmans Media and Information Law Practise Group requires that I publish the following statement on X, and that such statement must be clearly visible and pinned to my profile for a continuous period of no less than 24 hours: “On 30 March 2026, I published a post on my X account addressed to Zarah Sultana in which I stated that she encourages and incites violence and is friends with terrorists. Those statements are false. I was wrong and offer my sincere apologies to Ms Sultana for the harm and distress caused to her.” It is my very great pleasure to do this, and I reiterate my sincere and repeated offer to meet with Miss Zara Sultana in person to resolve our differences.

Every now and then I remember Tim Walz’s “they’re weird” campaign and how close the dems were to actually shifting the way people perceive the right in a very real way and then they just…stopped

People always post this like it was the original, but real heads know Thatcher Presents Skate and Destroy was a blatant PlayStation-era response to the wild success of Sega’s Kinnock 2: The Santiago Protocol.
Who remembers playing this back in the day?

Class of ‘24 labour intake coming out to bat for drinking subsidised pints at work . They really haven’t learned from the “fuck you I deserve those Taylor Swift tickets” interviews, whilst a tame journo kicks them under the table.

the pope—deeply suspicious of thinking machines—is cultivating desert power. it's happening out of order but it's happening.
Replying to @Pontifex
The sea and the desert have been places of mutual enrichment among peoples and cultures for millennia. Woe to us if we turn them into graveyards where even hope dies! Let us free these tremendous reservoirs of history and the future from evil! Let us denounce and remove causes for despair, and let us oppose those who profit from the misfortune of others!

I just watched one those food delivery robots bump full force into a window washers ladder and I had to rush in to steady it so he didn't fall 20 feet onto the concrete. Someone has to answer for this.
