Hi @AerLingus, entering the 5th membership week of the #aerlinguslostbaggage club. Do I get miles for that? Could do with a new suitcase. Luggage missing since july 18. Traveling light was a blast. Obv all claims submitted thru your site, but yet to get a meaningful response.
