Tiny Rules to combat bad FPL habits can be a good way to start improving your game:
Always captain most expensive player (combat differential chasing)
No transfers when there are games still to be played (combat knee-jerk)
Never last minute captain swap, etc.!

Big pinch of salt as this isn’t PL-only so has a heavy dose of vibes, but it aligns with my Arsenal view all season: the defence is better than commonly thought, the attack worse.
