How do we assess that our staff are having meaningful PADR’s? 🗒️
Can’t just be an audit of the documentation alone, perhaps a interview with staff to gain feedback?!!?!
Anyone use any tools to do this?

Nurses that choose not to do clinical nursing ARE nurses. Nursing is not limited to bedside spaces. Nurses that write are Nurses. Nurses that manage are nurses. Nurses that teach are nurses. Nurses in the fashion scenes are nurses. Nursing is not limited to the hospital.
