Someone asked me what would happen if mainstream media doesn't cover my lawsuit against
@PressSec Karine Jean-Pierre and
@WhiteHouse. My response remains the same: It doesn't matter, as we anticipate winning.
Amid their animosity towards me, the White House and certain left-leaning journalists-turned-activists failed to conduct proper research. For example, the White House required journalists seeking to renew their hard passes to be credentialed by the Supreme Court press gallery, which they do not actually do. Only 25 journalists with hard passes exclusively cover the Supreme Court full time, a fact unbeknownst to the White House.
Following a false report from an unknown and lame journalist at
@politico, who seemingly felt diminished by my presence, claiming that they contacted me for their report (totally false and unethical) and that I opted not to renew my hard pass (completely false), the media propagated this falsehood, including
@RealClearNews. This marked a disheartening low in journalism, characterized by deceit and implicit racism and animosity towards me from the left.
Hence, the coverage of my lawsuit is inconsequential; I remain unfazed and expect to emerge victorious, thereby aiding the 441 others who have lost their hard passes.
The resentment, jealousy, and racism displayed by those in the briefing room who disseminate propaganda and repeat sensationalized statements will not deter me. While they will be humbled upon my victory, the true triumph lies in upholding First Amendment rights. This endeavor extends beyond just me.
