Ok, that is crazy. I gave a few more rounds on the Angry Birds project. This was entirely done using GML-5 mode from @Zai_org and @phaser_

My reply to someone considering starting a video game company: The distribution of possible rewards for starting a video game company are generally not very good today. The market is well served, and gaining a foothold requires strong execution on both business and product issues, along with a substantial amount of luck. Plan to burn through seven figures with a not-great chance of making it back. If you do go for it, some bits of advice: Identify your customers clearly before you start. Not just a broad community, but specific people, and imagine them as you make decisions. Initially, build the smallest, most concise game you can imagine anyone paying for. It will still take much longer than you expect. Once something exists, hill-climb the value. Hopefully you will have some elements that clearly bring joy to people, which you can magnify. There will inevitably be tons of things that people find confusing, frustrating, or just boring that you will need to fix.

Been using #AI to remaster old projects. This is a Rogue Lite POC built on slot mechanics 🎮✨ Core loop: - 4 unique classes - Distinct stats/abilities - Potions double in price with each buy - Survive Modernized codebase, refreshed UI/UX, thinking full game w/ loot & bosses…

Built a small @PixiJS #TypeScript showcase to explore a few HTML5 game engineering problems: real-time VFX under a fixed particle budget runtime-generated card textures for leaner rendering async scene boot with fast first interaction 3 scenes, same goal: clean performance

Been testing GPT 5.5 and it's implemented the HTML-in-Canvas spec Worked for both WebGL and WebGPU out of the box Then created this demo with the PixiJS GSAP Skills Hopefully there will soon be no excuses to make boring websites

A dream coming to reality 🥲
HTML enters 3D! Or vice versa? With the new HTML in Canvas by WICG, we can finally put native DOM elements directly into WebGL/WebGPU scenes. It is experimental for now, but the possibilities for 3D interfaces and special effects are huge. This demo was built using Three.js and @omma_ai (tool by @splinetool ) It’s a fun new way to explore what the web can do! Are you interested in seeing the demo?

Today I woke up with the song "Back on the spacecraft" from John Dragonetti. This song plays at the end of the documentary. A deep story about Aaron Swartz's fight for democratic information. In this era of #AI, I think about this case more and more.

I don't have any smart take or conclusion to make here... But this song always makes me think deeply about it, every time... and I just wanted to share it. youtube.com/watch?v=51kA-HJc…

This is pure craziness... 🤯 But @digitalfoundry, in their latest video on the topic, already noted that the preview was running on TWO 5090s, so yeah... we might need to keep our expectations in check and remember that not all consumers will get these results.

My second concern at this tech would be how much the AI models would affect the original artistic vision from the developer/artist teams... I see it as quite controversial as it fundamentally can change it to unexpected results... Wait and see ...

Some crazy times indeed. I did this project using @phaser_ and @Zai_org GLM-5 in a week, working about 2 hours a day on it. I did not "vibe code" it, but I wrote less than 10% of the code here. Lots on engeneering, architecture, and planning effort was done here.
