Can we measure a wine's capacity to age? Path A data with @UCDavis suggest yes: Agazzi finds phenolic–elemental profiles still separate regions after 5 yrs, while Pellegrino-Vidal shows Mendoza remains more distinct than CA in volatiles after 7 yrs.
