In 1977, a 15-year-old boy asked his father a question that would change both of their lives—and eventually inspire millions around the world. The boy was Rick Hoyt. Rick was born with cerebral palsy, a condition that affected his ability to control his muscles and speak. When he was young, doctors told his parents that he would never communicate and would likely never live an independent life. At the time, many families were encouraged to place children with severe disabilities in institutions. But Rick’s parents refused. His father, Dick Hoyt, and his mother, Judy, believed their son deserved the same opportunities as any other child. They fought to keep him included in school and everyday life, even when the system often worked against them. Years later, engineers at Tufts University helped develop a communication device that allowed Rick to type by moving his head against a switch. For the first time, he could express his thoughts. Then one day in 1977, Rick typed a simple request. A classmate had been paralyzed in an accident, and a charity race was being organized to help him. Rick turned to his father and asked: “Dad, can we run in that race?” Dick was 36 years old and had never been a runner. He wasn't trained. He wasn't an athlete. But he didn't hesitate. He said yes. The race was about five miles long. Rick sat in a wheelchair while Dick pushed him from behind. They finished near the back of the field. There were no cameras, no headlines, and no special attention. But later that evening, Rick typed words his father would never forget. “Dad, when I’m running, it feels like I’m not handicapped.” For Dick, everything changed in that moment. He realized running gave his son a feeling of freedom that everyday life rarely could. So they kept going. What started as one race eventually became a lifelong journey. Over the next four decades, they became known around the world as Team Hoyt. Together, they completed more than 1,100 races, including 32 Boston Marathons, multiple triathlons, and six Ironman competitions. During Ironman events, Dick pulled Rick through the swim in a small raft, carried him on a specially designed bicycle during the cycling stage, and then pushed him through an entire marathon. It required extraordinary effort. But their story was never really about sports. It was about possibility. At a time when many people underestimated what individuals with disabilities could achieve, Team Hoyt challenged those assumptions every mile they traveled. When people asked Dick how he managed such incredible physical feats, he always gave credit to his son. “I’m just lending Rick my arms and legs. He’s the one with the heart.” Rick had his own view. “He was my motor,” he once said. “I was his heart.” Together, they became far more than father and son. They became a symbol of determination, inclusion, and unconditional love. Dick Hoyt passed away in 2021 at the age of 80. Rick followed in 2023 at the age of 61. Their races eventually ended, but their message never did. The story of Team Hoyt was never about crossing finish lines first. It was about believing in someone so completely that you refuse to let limits define their future. A father who became his son's strength. A son who became his father's purpose. And a lesson that still inspires people today: Sometimes love is powerful enough to carry both of you forward.

Dr. Russell Blaylock: "The tetanus vaccine is one of the MOST RIDICULOUS vaccines ever." Just got a cut or puncture wound? The ER is about to BULLY you into a TOXIC shot you don’t need. Here’s what they won’t tell you: The shot they push is NOT a simple tetanus vaccine — it’s the full DTaP combo loaded with: • Aluminum (up to 0.625 mg — a known neurotoxin) • Formaldehyde • 2-phenoxyethanol Triton X-100 • Milk protein (casein) & latex residues that can trigger anaphylaxis or CREATE new dairy/latex allergies The tetanus toxoid inside has NEVER been properly safety-tested in a double-blind placebo-controlled trial. CDC admits it. It’s grown on beef heart infusion with real risk of Mad Cow prion contamination. Your actual chance of getting tetanus? 1 in 11 MILLION. Spores live in manure, NOT rust. Clean the wound properly — oxygen kills them. 95% of the decline happened BEFORE any vaccine thanks to sanitation. If you’re already exposed, the shot is useless — it takes 3-8 weeks for antibodies. But high-dose Vitamin C (1–3g/day) cured 100% of cases in studies with ZERO deaths. Cheap. Safe. Ignored. Why are we terrorized into this untested, poison-filled combo shot for a disease that’s basically extinct in clean countries? Because fear sells. Don’t fall for the rusty nail myth. Clean the wound. Monitor it. Refuse the jab. Were you guilt-tripped into a “tetanus shot?” Were you ever told it was actually the full DTaP?

NEVER Use Sunscreen Again! It’s Flooding Your Bloodstream With Toxins At 14X The FDA Limit In Just ONE Day — And It Causes Cancer! Sunscreen does NOT protect you from cancer. It loads your liver and kidneys with poisons, disrupts hormones, and puts your entire body at risk of illness and disease. Here are the 4 highlighted toxic chemicals found in most conventional sunscreens: 🔴 OXYBENZONE Absorbed into blood at levels 16X above the FDA safety threshold. Powerful endocrine disruptor linked to lower testosterone in men and increased breast cancer endometriosis in women. Animal studies proved it causes cancer and tumors. Harms thyroid, testosterone, and kidney function. 🔴 OCTOCRYLENE Reaches blood levels 14X over the FDA cutoff. Often contaminated with benzophenone (a known carcinogen). Wipes out coral reefs and marine life through runoff. 🔴 AVOBENZONE Bloodstream levels 9X above the legal limit. Unstable — breaks down in sunlight into allergens. Disrupts the endocrine system and blocks testosterone. 🔴 ESCAMSULE (also called Mexoryl) Potent endocrine disruptor. Causes elevated liver enzymes, anemia, and skin eruptions. ✅ SAFE, HEALTHY ALTERNATIVE When real sun protection is truly needed (long outdoor activities, beach days, or for young children): Use a pure mineral barrier cream made with non-nano zinc oxide in a grass-fed beef tallow carrier. Beef tallow is a natural, nutrient-rich, non-toxic base that deeply nourishes and protects the skin while zinc oxide creates a physical barrier against UV rays — without any of the chemical absorbers that soak into your bloodstream. This option is ideal for babies, toddlers, and sensitive skin. It lets your body still receive the healing benefits of sunlight (vitamin D, circadian rhythm support, etc.) instead of completely blocking it. Key reminder: It is never healthy to block all sunlight from your body or eyes. The sun provides essential benefits to every cell. Use the zinc tallow barrier only when extended exposure or burning risk is unavoidable — then gradually build your natural “solar callus” with shorter, unprotected sessions.

🚨 SHOCKING DISCOVERY THEY BURIED: Hydroxychloroquine doesn’t just fight viruses — it turns viruses into precision-guided cancer killers. It allows viruses to attack cancer cells while leaving healthy cells completely untouched. This comes straight from Dr. Richard Urso (ophthalmologist and member of America’s Frontline Doctors) in a powerful presentation. Why was this information suppressed and the data obscured? Because a cheap, decades-old drug that could selectively destroy cancer would be catastrophic for the multi-trillion-dollar cancer industry. They don’t want you to know this. They want you dependent on expensive treatments forever. The truth is out. Share it before it gets buried again.

She was 30. He was 40, dying, and had nowhere left to go. Cicely Saunders met David Tasma in a London hospital in 1947. He was a Polish Jew, one of the few who had escaped the Warsaw Ghetto. Now he was alone, fading away in a crowded surgical ward where doctors had stopped trying. To them, dying meant failure. When patients could no longer be cured, they were moved to back wards, dulled with medication, and their families were told, “There’s nothing more we can do.” But Cicely did not walk away. She visited David for weeks. She sat with him. Kept him company. Truly listened. He told her something she would carry for the rest of her life: “I want a place where people like me can die properly.” Before he died on February 25, 1948, he gave her his life savings: £500. Then he said something else: “I’ll be a window in your home.” She did not have a home. She did not have a hospice. She had nothing but his words and his money. But she had a purpose. For 19 years, she pursued it. First, she learned about pain. She trained as a nurse, but a back injury changed her direction. She became a medical social worker and saw how hospitals failed people who were dying. Then she watched the nuns at St Luke’s Home in Bayswater do something radical: they gave morphine on a schedule, before the pain came back. Patients remained awake. They could speak. They could say goodbye. That was when Cicely understood something. No one was listening to the science. Doctors would not listen to a nurse. So she became a doctor. At 33, she entered medical school. By 1957, she had earned her degree, with honours in surgery. For seven years, she studied. She tested morphine doses, timing, and combinations. She proved what many doctors refused to believe: regular pain medication did not create addiction. It created clarity. Patients could live their final months awake, present, and able to be with the people they loved. She also identified something she called “total pain.” Pain was not only physical. It was emotional. Social. Spiritual. It was the pain of watching your family suffer. The pain of unfinished business. The fear of what came next. To truly care for the dying, you had to care for all of it. It was revolutionary. Medicine had no language for it. Cicely gave it one. In 1967, St Christopher’s Hospice opened in Sydenham, South London. It was not simply a hospital. It was a home. Fifty-four beds. Teaching spaces. Research laboratories. Gardens. Windows, real windows, that allowed dying people to see the world one more time. The glass at the entrance was David Tasma’s window. Within a few years, St Christopher’s became the model the world would follow. Florence Wald came from Yale, learned from Cicely, and carried the hospice movement to America. By 1974, American hospices were opening. By the 1980s, every developed country had them. Palliative care became a medical specialty. One refugee’s final words had helped change medicine. Cicely stayed. In 1980, she married a Polish painter named Marian, because it seemed she could not help falling for Polish men. She continued working at St Christopher’s into her late 80s. She received honours, honorary degrees, and even the Templeton Prize for progress in religion. But she refused to become a celebrity. When one American visitor asked to touch “the great founder,” Cicely snapped, “No you can’t. I bite. I am not a cult figure.” On July 14, 2005, Cicely Saunders died of breast cancer. She was 87. She died at St Christopher’s Hospice. In the home she had built. Cared for by the staff she had trained. Living by the principles she had created. Here is what matters: before Cicely, dying was treated as failure. After her, it became a stage of life deserving science, dignity, and love. She spent 60 years proving something the world had forgotten: how we die matters as much as how we live. Every hospice on Earth exists because one woman refused to accept the words, “nothing more we can do.”

I opened my daughter’s lunchbox and found $40 inside. Along with a handwritten note: “Thanks for feeding my kid this week.” I had no idea what it meant. My daughter Emma was 7 years old. As far as I knew, I was only packing lunch for one child. When she got home from school, I held up the envelope. “Want to explain this?” She shrugged. “Oh, that’s from Becca’s mom.” “Becca doesn’t have lunch money this week, so I’ve been sharing my sandwich.” Just like that. As if it were the most normal thing in the world. The next morning, I packed extra food. Two sandwiches. Two juice boxes. Extra snacks. Emma smiled. “Becca’s gonna be so happy.” Later that day, the school called me. My stomach dropped. I assumed Emma was in trouble. Instead, the principal sat me down and told me what had really been happening. For an entire week, Emma had quietly split every lunch in half. Half her sandwich. Half her apple slices. Half her cookies. She even gave Becca her juice box and drank water instead. No teacher told her to do it. No adult asked her to. She simply noticed another child sitting alone without food. And decided to help. The principal explained that Becca’s mother had fallen on hard times. She had already applied for the school’s free lunch program, but the approval process was taking longer than expected. Meanwhile, her daughter was going hungry. That evening, there was a knock at my door. A woman in scrubs stood on the porch. Exhausted. Nervous. Holding an envelope. “I’m Becca’s mom,” she said. “I know $40 doesn’t cover everything Emma shared, but it’s all I have until payday.” I could see how embarrassed she felt. So I handed the envelope back. “You don’t owe us anything.” “Emma wanted to share.” The woman started crying. Not loudly. Just the quiet tears of someone who had been carrying too much for too long. She told me her husband had left months earlier. Bills were piling up. She worked days, cleaned offices at night, and delivered food after that just to stay afloat. She barely saw her daughter. Then I asked: “What time do you get off work?” She looked confused. “Around 5:30.” “Then why don’t you and Becca come over for dinner?” An hour later, they were sitting at our table. The girls disappeared into Emma’s room laughing. Meanwhile, her mother and I talked. That’s when I learned she was actually a registered nurse. The problem wasn’t qualifications. It was finding a job with hours that worked for a single parent. As it happened, my company’s medical office was hiring. I connected her with the right people. She applied. Two weeks later, she got the job. No more cleaning offices late at night. No more midnight delivery shifts. No more choosing between time and survival. And it all started because a 7-year-old noticed something adults had missed: A little girl sitting alone with no lunch. Sometimes the biggest acts of kindness aren’t complicated. Sometimes they start with half a sandwich and a child who simply refuses to let someone eat alone. Credit: Kenna Bangerter

🚨🚨 A survey of doctors revealed that 88.3% of physicians would reject chemotherapy for their own cancer treatment... The 5-year survival rate with chemotherapy is only 2.1%, yet most oncologists only offer the "Standard of Care" to patients. Dr. Seyfried would choose the Ivermectin and Fasting Protocol. The Board of Directors of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) has data showing that oncologists THEMSELVES would not take chemotherapy for cancer, even though they recommend chemo and radiation as the only "approved" treatment to their patients. MacKillop and colleagues discovered that in a survey of Canadian doctors treating lung cancer, only 16% would want chemotherapy for their own treatment if they had a cancer diagnosis. Lind and colleagues interviewed teaching oncologists in Boston and found that only 27% would take chemo for lung cancer. "The Contribution of Cytotoxic Chemotherapy to 5-Year Survival in Adult Malignancies" cites... The overall contribution of curative and adjuvant cytotoxic chemotherapy to 5-year survival in adults is only 2.3% in Australia and 2.1% in the U.S. Cancer treatment is a multi-billion-dollar industry. The system profits more from lifelong chemo and radiation than from natural intervention. Chemotherapy is not the answer for healing the body of cancer. Glucose-Ketone Index GKI and Cancer Eradication Based on Otto Warburg's Revolutionary Research: Cancer cells are metabolically inflexible and cannot use ketone bodies for energy when glucose is limited, unlike healthy cells. A low GKI is achieved by restricting carbohydrates, which lowers blood glucose and increases ketone production. This deprives cancer cells of glucose while providing normal cells with an alternative energy source. Research shows that a low-glucose environment promotes our Natural Killer (NK) cells and T cells to become even stronger, which are crucial for killing cancer. Chemotherapy and radiation actually kill our Natural Killer NK cells, allowing cancer to return even stronger than before conventional treatment

The year is 1949. The Nobel Prize in Medicine has just gone to the man who invented the lobotomy. Your doctor suggests one for your sister, who has not been herself since the baby came. It is the most celebrated advance in psychiatry of the age, and he is simply current. By the time the prize curdles into an embarrassment, close to twenty thousand Americans have had the operation, and proportionally more here in Britain. The year is 1956. Lay the baby down on his front, the doctor says. So does the most trusted childcare book ever written, the one on every new mother's shelf. On his back he might choke, the reasoning goes. Millions obey. The advice holds for nearly thirty years, long after the evidence has quietly turned, and a generation of cot deaths is counted before anyone thinks to roll the babies over. The year is 1966. A bestselling book informs your wife that menopause is a disease, that she is, in the author's word, a castrate, and that a small daily pill will keep her youthful and tolerable to live with. Her doctor agrees. The drug becomes one of the most prescribed in the country. Nobody mentions that the author sat on the payroll of the company that made it. That detail surfaces decades later, in the same year the landmark trial is halted early for raising rates of breast cancer, stroke and clots. The year is 1979. Your ulcer is caused by stress and sharp food, the doctor explains. Calm down, drink milk, take the antacid that happens to be the best-selling medicine on earth. Two Australians are about to prove that most ulcers are caused by a bacterium and cured by a fortnight of antibiotics. The profession laughs. One of them eventually drinks a beaker of the stuff to settle the matter. The establishment takes the better part of twenty years to stop laughing. The Nobel lands in 2005. The year is 1985. Butter is dangerous, the doctor says. Switch to margarine, it is modern, it is heart-healthy, the experts are united. The spread he nudges you toward is loaded with trans fats, which the next decade will identify as the genuinely dangerous one, and which will eventually be banned outright. The butter goes quietly back in the fridge. No correction is ever printed at the volume of the original warning. The year is 1992. There is a pyramid on the surgery wall, and the very same one in your grandchild's classroom. Bread, cereal, rice and pasta form the broad virtuous base, up to eleven servings a day. Fat is exiled to the tiny tip. The chart was reportedly held back a year while the relevant industries had their say. It is wrong at the bottom and wrong at the top. Now it is today. Your doctor has new guidelines, new studies, a fresh consensus, delivered with precisely the steady confidence of every guideline above. He believes it, and he has good reason to. So did every doctor in this thread. None of them were villains. Each was sincere, most were kind, and all were certain, reading from a map that somebody else had drawn and handed them. That is the part worth sitting with. So when the man in the white coat tells you what to eat, what to fear, and what to swallow every morning for the rest of your life, you are allowed to ask. Who paid for the study. What the evidence says beneath the headline. What he was just as certain about thirty years ago, and where that advice sits now. Then make up your own mind. Call it scepticism, or call it whatever your grandmother called it when she ignored the advert, kept the butter where it was, and lived to ninety-one. It has outlasted every consensus on this list. It will outlast this one too.

The vaccinated vs. unvaccinated study has been done roughly a dozen times. But none of those studies are like this one. We had someone who disagreed with us do the work and come to the same conclusion. Science gets stronger that way. That's what the scientific method actually demands... Bring your enemy to the table and say, " Challenge me." For the first time, that's what happened. The researcher came in from the other side of this debate and ended up in the same place the so-called anti-vaccine scientists have been for years. That's the strongest type of science you can do. Watch "An Inconvenient Study" if you haven't yet. All of it is there. @louisfouch3
