Obstetrical services in Lethbridge is currently being held together by a small number of dedicated physicians and nurses. The lack of permanent OBGYNs is leading to unsafe care for expecting mothers despite our best efforts. @AHS_media and @Alberta_UCP need to do more.

Physicians and researchers in Canada and Alberta played a major role in studying and implementing evidence based treatments for #COVID. They looked at hard evidence. Conversely, there is no evidence that firing these experts en masse will help our strained health care system.

After some two months of closure, our hospital has reopened the inpatient COVID unit as we are seeing a rapid increase in hospitalizations. 1/
