One of the most common desk phone issues we hear from customers is this: the phone doesn’t ring, or calls can be made but not received.
In many cases, the reason is simple. Do Not Disturb (DND) is turned on.

DND setting blocks incoming calls, stops ringing and call alerts, while still allowing outgoing calls to work normally.
If you notice this issue, the first thing to check is the DND indicator on your phone screen and switch it off.
