I love eating broccoli and lightly steamed kale. π₯¦ π₯
You can cook broccoli on medium-low, for no longer than 4 minutes, until it turns bright green. This is the best way to cook it, because it releases the most sulforaphane. You can also cook it Al Dente or roast it.
Of course, I'm bringing the necessary superfood ingredients!
We have a broccoli and a lemon farm in our backyard, along with potatoes, fruits, tractors, and other stuff. π₯ π π π π π π
