🚨 Nepalese Hindu National On Student Visa Sentenced in Ohio Rape Case
Saugat Singh Basnet, 20, a Nepalese national in the US on a student visa, was sentenced to 20-25.5 years in prison for the sexual assault of a Fairborn, Ohio woman.
On January 1, 2026, Basnet found an intoxicated woman outside her apartment searching for her dog. He took advantage of her diminished state, entered her home, sexually assaulted her, recorded videos of her nude with his phone, and shared them with others. A neighbor later found him inside with the unconscious victim.
Basnet was convicted by a Greene County jury on two counts of rape, two counts of sexual battery, and three counts of illegal use of an impaired person in nudity-oriented material. He received a mandatory prison term with no early release and must register as a Tier III sex offender every 90 days for life.
Not sure why he wasn’t deported.

मंदिर के कर्मचारी लवकुश मिश्रा के घर से 10-12 लाख रुपए बरामद हुए हैं.
मंदिर ट्रस्ट की तरफ से लवकुश के घर लोग पहुंचे और छिपाया हुआ पैसा अपने साथ ले गए.
खबरों के मुताबिक, लवकुश ने हाल ही में 40 लाख की जमीन भी ली है, उस पर मकान बनवा रहा है.
लवकुश कार मैकेनिक का काम करता था. कुछ महीनों पहले उसकी नौकरी मंदिर ट्रस्ट में लग गई.
गांव वालों के मुताबिक- मंदिर में नौकरी करने के बाद लवकुश पर पैसों की बारिश होने लगी. एक दिन उसने गांव के शराब ठेके पर 50 हजार रुपए उड़ा दिए थे.

A shocking incident in the Morwadi area of Pimpri-Chinchwad has sparked concern after a minor dispute inside a residential building allegedly escalated into a knife attack.
A woman and a minor boy have been accused of attacking a couple with a sharp weapon following an argument over spitting on a shoe rack in a lift.
According to police, the incident occurred on Wednesday night when the complainant and her husband were travelling down in a lift.
During the ride, they noticed that someone had spat on a shoe rack placed inside the lift. While the couple was discussing the incident, a minor boy present at the spot allegedly became agitated and began verbally abusing them.
Police said the boy allegedly threatened to kill the couple. The argument soon turned violent when the minor, along with a woman accompanying him, allegedly attacked the husband and wife with a sharp knife.
Both victims sustained serious injuries in the assault and were rushed to a hospital, where they are currently undergoing treatment. The sudden and violent nature of the attack has created fear among residents in the locality.
Upon receiving information about the incident, police rushed to the scene and initiated an investigation. Legal action is being taken against those involved, and further inquiries are underway.
A seemingly trivial dispute inside a residential building lift in Pimpri's Morwadi area escalated into a violent knife attack, leaving a man seriously injured and prompting police action against a woman and a juvenile.
According to police, the altercation began over allegations of spitting on a shoe rack inside the building lift. The argument reportedly intensified, following which a woman and a minor boy allegedly attacked a couple.
The husband sustained multiple stab injuries in the assault and was rushed for medical treatment. Police described the attack as serious in nature.
CCTV footage of the incident has surfaced, capturing the confrontation and the events leading up to the attack.
The Pimpri-Chinchwad Police have registered a case against the woman and the juvenile. The woman has been arrested, while the minor is also under investigation.
In a counter-development, the arrested woman's husband has filed a complaint against the victim's family. He alleged that they had been mentally harassing his family for several days and further claimed that they forcibly entered his residence and assaulted his 17-year-old son.
Police at Sant Tukaram Nagar Police Station are investigating both the original complaint and the counter-complaint to ascertain the sequence of events and determine responsibility.
Further investigation is underway.
